SAM SADE SEMINAR

Thank you to all of you who participated in the seminar with Sam Sade.
As always Sam didn't disappoint. MMA Conditioning made us feel the muscles we never knew we had. It was amazing to see people of different levels of fitness perform all exercises and having fun doing so.
Ground Fighting just blew us away. Smooth transitions from position to position,
from striking to submissions and everything in between gave us a taste of what the ground game is all about. Sam's professionalism was outstanding. It would be so easy to dump the whole bunch of techniques at participants and "show off" but instead Sam walked us through each step making sure everybody got it and then drilled it over and over again. Sam always says "position is everything" and it was clear why. He caught even the smallest mistakes that were making the difference between success and a struggle.
Once again big thanks to Sam for traveling all the way to Detroit and
providing us with such a fantastic training experience.
