At Krav Maga Detroit, we are committed to providing high-quality self-defense instruction, fitness training, and exceptional customer service. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a membership, class package, event registration, or merchandise.
Membership agreements are subject to the terms outlined in your individual Membership Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership dues and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Requests to cancel, freeze, or modify a membership must follow the procedures outlined in your Membership Agreement.
Free trial classes, introductory offers, promotional packages, and discounted new-student offers are limited-time promotions and have no cash value.
These offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or future services.
Class packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused classes may expire according to the terms of the package purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Private training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
Registration fees for seminars, workshops, and special events are generally non-refundable.
If Krav Maga Detroit cancels an event, participants will receive either:
If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another event only if approved by Krav Maga Detroit.

Unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

If merchandise is purchased through our website, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
We will promptly investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
Krav Maga Detroit reserves the right to approve refunds, credits, or exchanges on a case-by-case basis when extraordinary circumstances exist.
Any approved exception does not establish a precedent for future refund requests.
